Make the comparison consistent
Put the quotes side by side. Check that they describe the same drivers, car, vehicle use, and policy period. Then compare each coverage limit and deductible. If one quote leaves out collision, its lower price is not a like-for-like comparison.
Review the whole offer
Compare the cost for the whole policy period, not just the first payment. Ask whether installment fees apply and what you must do to keep each discount. Also ask whether the price can change after the insurer checks your information.

- Payment schedule and fees
- Discount requirements
- The proposed effective date
A request is not an issued policy
Submitting an inquiry does not activate insurance. Confirm the final price, approval, and start date directly with the insurer or licensed agent before relying on coverage.
