Who receives your information

What we collect
The inquiry form asks for ZIP code, state, insurance status, coverage interest and timing, adult age range, vehicle details, name, and your selected contact details. We record the submission time, request reference, and the permission wording and version you accepted. We do not request identity documents, full birth dates, financial information, or driving records.
Why we use it
We use submitted details to review your request, respond using your selected contact method, and keep a record of your permissions. We do not use a request to assess insurance eligibility or set a premium.
Storage and email delivery
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores submitted requests in its D1 database. An email containing the request is sent to our business mailbox, which is handled through Cloudflare Email Routing and Proton Mail. These services process information to provide hosting, security, storage, and email delivery. We do not sell requests or automatically send them to insurers, agents, or lead marketplaces.
Retention
Inquiry records are removed from the active website database after 90 days. Email copies and service backups are separate; the database deletion does not remove them. You can email us to request deletion of your inquiry and related correspondence. Records may be retained where necessary for a legal obligation or dispute.
Your choices
Permissions are not preselected. You may leave without submitting, ask us to stop contacting you, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@victoriainsurance.com. Include your request reference; do not send identity documents in your first message. We will ask only for information needed to verify and handle the request. Applicable privacy rights depend on where you live.
Website and security data
Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser details, request times, and requested pages to deliver and protect this website. Submission limits use a temporary hashed network identifier. Unsubmitted form details remain in page memory; reloading clears them. No advertising pixels or audience analytics are installed. Google Fonts supplies the DM Sans typeface and receives ordinary connection information when the font loads.
