Victoria offers competitive commission tiers on both new and renewal business. Commissions vary by state and by product.

AUTOMATED CLEARING HOUSE COMMISSION SERVICE Top
If you prefer, Victoria will automatically deposit your commission check directly into your account via the Automated Clearing House system. Your commission dollars will be available by the 10th of every month (commission statements are also mailed by the 10th).

AUTOMATED INQUIRY Top
Agents and their insureds can call in for a quick inquiry regarding policy status and billing information. This automated service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at 800-888-8424, dial "6".

AGENCY AUTOMATION PACKAGE  Top
Our agency Automation Package includes a Victoria Rating Disk. The easy-to-use disk is programmed to run on virtually any type of IBM compatible computer. In addition, Victoria offers an interface package to our agents. PRIORITY LINK allows agencies the ability to upload applications and installment payments. Downloading of policy data to various agency management systems is also available. In addition, our CUSTOMER FACTS SERVICE provides agents all of their customer transactions on either a daily or weekly basis via a nightly fax. Agents can obtain current policy and claim transaction information and notification of pending Electronic Fund Transfer transactions. These services reduce agency expenses, ensure accuracy, and guarantee timeliness.

Since you can never predict just when you may need a policy number on the spot (for an SR-22 filing, etc.), you can call Victoria for a pre-assigned number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

DOWNLOADING OF POLICY DATA Top
Download capabilities are available to several agency management systems including Applied, Agency One, Pathfinder, Pioneer Plus and Agena. This service will help save your agency input time and will provide your agency with accurate and timely information.

CUSTOMER FACTS SERVICE Top
Customer Facts Service is a service we provide that issues valuable facts about customer transactions via fax on a regular basis. Agents can obtain current policy and claim transaction information and notification of pending Electronic Fund Transfer Transactions.

VICTORIA POLICY PACK Top
We have created a Policy Pack which includes valuable information for the insured such as the policy, temporary I.D. cards, explanation of types of coverages available, the steps to take in case of an accident, and general information about Victoria. Agents can provide their insureds with a tangible product at the time he or she completes an application. It saves you the cost of assembling and mailing policies, and reduces the amount of phone calls you receive. We will mail the new Declaration Page and ID Card directly to the insured with a copy to you once the policy is issued.

SR-22 FILINGS Top
Agents never have to worry whether these required administrative steps are occurring in a proper and timely manner. We will handle them expertly for your convenience. However, agents do have the authority to issue their own SR-22 filings if preferred.

E-Z START OPTION Top
Policies can be rewritten within 60 days of an insured's previous Victoria policy cancellation (including mid-term cancels and non-pays), with submission of a new downpayment. The old policy remains canceled, and the insured is given a new policy number. There is a lapse in coverage between the cancel date of the old policy and the effective date of the new policy. With this program, you don't have to write a completely new application each time a policy lapses. Rather, just a few basic questions need to be answered on our E-Z Application to restart the coverage. All policies will be underwritten using ages and points as of the new effective date of coverage. Existing discounts will be honored as long as the insured qualifies according to the guidelines. All policies will be underwritten using rates in effect at the time of the rewrite.

HASSLE-FREE REINSTATEMENTS Top
Depending on the state, we will reinstate a policy without a lapse in coverage for up to 10 days after policy cancellation. To ensure reinstatement, immediately mail a signed Statement of No Accidents or Losses with the payment. This process saves you the time of rewriting policies where payment was received just after cancellation, and gives the insured peace of mind knowing they still have coverage.

ENDORSEMENTS BY FAX, PHONE or ON-LINE Top
Endorsements can be requested by mail, fax or phone. Simply use a standard Victoria endorsement form and drop it in the mail or fax it directly to our Underwriting Department. Fax: 877-295-2923

Victoria Insurance also offers internet endorsements on the Victoria "Connect" section of our website, www.victoriainsurance.com. Agents may receive a quote on an endorsement, as well as submitting an endorsement for immediate on-line processing. You may receive a confirmation at the time of this submission, as well as a confirmation email. All changes done on-line will be reflected in the Policy Inquiry billing section of our website. Agents may process the following endorsements on the internet:

RESPONSIVE CLAIMS SERVICE Top
Victoria accepts new claim reports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please encourage insureds / claimants to contact us directly from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time by calling 800-926-3168. In the event of an emergency claims situation, our rapid response claims service is available after hours, including weekends and holidays. This emergency claims service can be reached by calling 800-926-3168 This way your insured reaches an experienced Claims Professional immediately.

On a daily basis we produce reports for claims opened and claims paid, which may be sent to each agency. These reports include the insured's name, policy number, claim number, loss date and the handling adjuster. In addition, we produce a monthly summary report for opened and closed claims which may be mailed to each agency.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY SCORING Top
Victoria uses financial responsibility scoring in states where permissible to determine the program in which policies are written. Our Victoria rating software, VIEWSM, will give you the option of obtaining a credit score directly from the disk.
