The easy-to-use disk is programmed to run on virtually any
type of IBM compatible computer. In addition, Victoria offers
an interface package to our agents. PRIORITY LINK allows agencies
the ability to upload applications and installment payments.
Downloading of policy data to various agency management systems
is also available. In addition, our CUSTOMER FACTS SERVICE
provides agents all of their customer transactions on either
a daily or weekly basis via a nightly fax. Agents can obtain
current policy and claim transaction information and notification
of pending Electronic Fund Transfer transactions. These services
reduce agency expenses, ensure accuracy, and guarantee timeliness.

We have created a Policy Pack which includes valuable information
for the insured such as the policy, temporary I.D. cards,
explanation of types of coverages available, the steps to
take in case of an accident, and general information about
Victoria. Agents can provide their insureds with a tangible
product at the time he or she completes an application. It
saves you the cost of assembling and mailing policies, and
reduces the amount of phone calls you receive. We will mail
the new Declaration Page and ID Card directly to the insured
with a copy to you once the policy is issued.
Agents never have to worry whether these required administrative
steps are occurring in a proper and timely manner. We will
handle them expertly for your convenience. However, agents
do have the authority to issue their own SR-22 filings if

Policies can be rewritten within 60 days of an insured's previous Victoria
policy cancellation (including mid-term cancels and non-pays),
with submission of a new downpayment. The old policy remains
canceled, and the insured is given a new policy number. There
is a lapse in coverage between the cancel date of the old
policy and the effective date of the new policy. With this
program, you don't have to write a completely new application
each time a policy lapses. Rather, just a few basic questions
need to be answered on our E-Z Application to restart the
coverage. All policies will be underwritten using ages and
points as of the new effective date of coverage. Existing
discounts will be honored as long as the insured qualifies
according to the guidelines. All policies will be underwritten
using rates in effect at the time of the rewrite.
Depending on the state, we will reinstate a policy without a lapse in
coverage for up to 10 days after policy cancellation. To ensure
reinstatement, immediately mail a signed Statement of No Accidents
or Losses with the payment. This process saves you the time
of rewriting policies where payment was received just after
cancellation, and gives the insured peace of mind knowing
they still have coverage.

Victoria endorsement form and drop it in the mail or fax it

On a daily basis we produce reports for claims opened and claims paid, which may be sent to each agency. These reports include the insured's name, policy number, claim number, loss date and the handling adjuster. In addition, we produce a monthly summary report for opened and closed claims which may be mailed to each agency.

Victoria uses financial responsibility scoring in states where permissible
to determine the program in which policies are written. Our
Victoria rating software, VIEWSM, will give you the option of
